Sarah Mack, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Founder & Lead Nurse Practitioner
With over 15 years of clinical nursing experience and a specialty in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine, Sarah Mack founded Kalon Concierge, PLLC to fill a critical need for high-quality, in-home post-operative care in Austin and surrounding areas. A board-certified nurse practitioner, Sarah has built a reputation for excellence in post-op recovery, working closely with top surgeons across the region.
Sarah’s career began in critical care, and her expertise quickly grew to include plastic surgery recovery, making her a trusted leader in aesthetic post-operative care. Her compassionate approach and dedication to meticulous, patient-centered care are at the heart of Kalon Concierge’s services. Under her leadership, our team ensures that every patient receives the same level of dedication, professionalism, and support that Sarah herself is known for.
Robyn Luna-Gage, FNP
Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Robyn is a nationally recognized aesthetic nurse practitioner and the visionary behind LUNA SKIN, celebrated for her natural, balanced approach to facial aesthetics. With a strong clinical foundation and passion for artistry, she’s regarded as a leading expert in aesthetic medicine and currently serves as a key provider at a prestigious plastic surgery practice in Austin. In high demand as an educator and speaker, Robyn trains injectors across the country in cutting-edge techniques and advocates for ethical, patient-centered care.
Board-certified and actively pursuing her doctorate at Loyola University, Robyn holds nursing credentials from Blinn College and The University of Texas at Arlington. She was honored with the 2021 America’s Top Nurse Practitioner award for Bryan, Texas—an acknowledgment of her unwavering commitment to patient safety and advocacy. Known for her seamless, natural results and dedication to elevating industry standards, Robyn has trained alongside some of the most renowned pioneers in aesthetic medicine. Outside of work, she treasures family life with her spouse and three children, and enjoys spending time outdoors and lifting weights.
Jordan Gold, MSN, APRN, FNP‑C
Nurse Practitioner & Aesthetic Care Specialist
Born and raised in Austin, Jordan Gold is a seasoned Nurse Practitioner with over 11 years of clinical experience in women’s health, surgical care, and aesthetics. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human development and a master’s degree in nursing from The University of Texas at Austin, along with a post-master’s nurse practitioner certification from UT Arlington. Jordan began her nursing journey in labor and delivery, gaining deep insight into women’s wellness before transitioning into perioperative care at a cosmetic plastic surgery center.
There, she expanded her role to include surgical scrubbing—directly assisting surgeons in the operating room—and worked alongside more than 20 plastic surgeons across the region. Her extensive exposure to the full spectrum of aesthetic and post‑operative care has shaped her nuanced, patient-first approach. When she’s not caring for patients, Jordan enjoys relaxing at the lake, traveling, cheering on Texas football, and supporting her 14-year-old son in everything he does.
Lois “Lo” Jones‑Alicea, BSN, RN
Registered Nurse & Aesthetic Enthusiast
Known fondly as “Lo,” Lois brings 11 years of diverse healthcare experience to her role at Kalon. Beginning her journey as a CNA in long‑term care, she progressed to registered nursing and developed significant expertise in critical care, including serving in lead nurse roles. Lo discovered her passion for aesthetic medicine after receiving treatment herself and witnessing the profound boost it gave her confidence, and now she’s been caring for aesthetic patients for the last three years.
Currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing at UT Arlington to become a Nurse Practitioner, Lo remains deeply committed to ongoing education and evidence‑based practice. Her bubbly personality, sharp attention to detail, and genuine warmth make her beloved by colleagues and patients alike. Lo feels privileged to walk alongside clients through every stage of their post‑surgical recovery journey.
Sammi Ehrlich, BSN, RN
Operating Room Nurse and Post-Op Care Specialist
Sammi Ehrlich is a registered nurse with five years of experience and a strong background in surgical care. Originally from Maryland, she graduated from the University of Delaware in 2019 and has spent the last three years working in the operating room. She has assisted with a wide variety of surgeries, including plastic surgery, which quickly became her favorite area of focus.
Sammi is passionate about helping patients feel confident and cared for. She is dedicated to making post-operative recovery as smooth, safe, and stress-free as possible. Her experience and friendly approach make her a trusted member of the Kalon Concierge team.
